Responsibilities:

• Handle suppliers invoices and settlement
• Responsible for book-keeping and daily accounting processing
• Handle general clerical duties such as filing and data entry
• Assist in month-end closing and preparing monthly account schedules
• Support the team in ad-hoc basis as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Book-keeping or related disciplines / LCCI Level 2 or above
• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in FLEX would be an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferable
