Job Duties:
-
Follow up with accounts receivable overdue collection
-
Monitor and proactively follow up on slow moving accounts to identify delinquent debts
-
Generate reports on outstanding sales invoices and follow up on overdue accounts
-
Ensure credit terms strictly comply with company rules and regulations
-
Work closely with Sales Team on resolving of problem account issues
-
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
-
Higher Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
-
At least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable, collection
-
Independent, Responsible, detail-minded
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficient in MS Office applications
-
Good commend in both written and spoken English, Chinese
-
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer
