Main Responsibilities:

• To be a representative of Young Living Hong Kong to provide legendary quality service to Members/Customers via phone calls, emails and live chat based on Company’s Vision, Mission and Essential Values.
• To maintain the day to day operation of Call Centre and support the operation of Experience Centre occasionally.
• To work together with the Customer Service Team Leads and the Customer Service Manager as a team to identify issues in daily operation to drive efficiencies and continuous improvements.
• To interact positively and provide a quality experience to Members/Customers and to internal colleagues.
• To work according to the globally agreed KPIs as indicated on the Scorecards.
• To be aware of all related standard operating procedures and to perform accordingly.
• To provide support during Marketing events/promotions in aiming for a quality Member experience.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Qualifications:

• Matriculated, fresh graduates are welcomed

• Experience in call centre/hospitality/retail/e-commerce customer service will be considered as an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, pleasant telephone manners, patient and friendly, mature and passionate in assisting customers and anticipating needs.
• Good command in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Words, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Willing to learn and having a positive “can-do attitude”, providing alternatives/rounded explanations when required to say “no”
• Be a supportive team player who welcomes change and appreciates feedback.
• Be flexible to perform overtime duties based on operational needs.
