職位描述
職責 :
- 為客戶提供優質的服務；
- 處理客戶電話查詢及進行電話預約；
- 處理客戶術後查詢，及與護士及醫生溝通 跟進服務；
- 致電客戶進行檢查前注意事項講解及核實預約流程；
- 提供行政支持及一般文書工作
要求 ：
- 中五/DSE畢業或以上程度
- 具顧客服務/服務熱線中心或診所工作相關經驗者優先
- 熟識電腦操作及中文輸入法
- 操流利廣東話，略懂英語及普通話者優先
- 富責任心、誠實有禮、積極主動，以客戶為導向、勤快及良好時間管理
- 具有良好的表達能力和人際交往能力
- 有任何客戶服務經驗的應屆畢業生亦可申請
**5天半工作 ( 9am - 6pm / 10am - 7pm) 公眾假期休息
