職責：

• 執行公司政策及營銷計劃以實現銷售目標
  Implement company policies and marketing plans to ensure that all work practices meet or exceed the sales target.
   

• 規劃、管理各分店人手編排，並激勵員工履行職責並為團隊做出貢獻
  Recruits, supervises, trains, develops, schedules, disciplines, and counsels staff. Demonstrates positive leadership characteristics that empower and inspire employees to meet and exceed standards.
   

• 定期分析及報告指定店鋪的營運績效，準備並控制相關的營運預算
  Prepare, analyze, and control the operating performance and budget that support the overall objectives.
   

• 與所有部門團隊密切合作以確保整個營運程序能達到要求及迅速應變
  Provides regular and ongoing communication with all departments in order to keep staff informed of updates, changes, and/or problematic situations.
   

• 制定並確保公司營運標準有效執行
  Establishes and maintains standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, handling, sanitation, and safety in alignment with the company’s standards and applicable regulations.
   

• 其他指派的職務
  All ad-hoc duties as assigned.

要求:

• 具有10年或以上的餐飲相關經驗（至少3-5年區域經理的經驗）
  Preferably with 10 years or above relevant experience in the F&B field. (At least 3 - 5 years of experience as a District Manager)
   

• 持有衛生經理證書
  Food Hygiene Manager Certificate holder
   

• 良好的管理技巧，包括分析、計劃組織、決策及解決問題的能力
  Strong general management skills, including information analysis, planning and organizing, decision making, and problem solving.
   

• 對數字敏感細心、具財務管理技巧，包括預算管理、支出控制及財務報表分析等
  Financial management skills, including budget management, expense control, and analysis of Profit and Loss statements.
   

• 良好的溝通技巧，包括書寫報告、計劃書及營運指引的能力
  Strong communication skills, including the ability to write reports, proposals, and operations manuals.
   

• 良好的客戶服務和人際關係技巧
  Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal skills.
   

• 具領導才能，有效建立團隊精神
  Leadership skills and effective team spirit
   

• 懂得使用Microsoft Office
  Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
   

• 流利的粵語及一般普通話和英文
  Fluent Cantonese and General Mandarin, and English
