Shipping Coordinator

Our company, a leading art logistics firm, is seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quotations for clients
• Coordinate daily import and export operations
• Ensure smooth logistics processes for artwork shipments
• Liaise with clients and overseas agents
• Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations

Requirements:

·         Diploma holder or equivalent (Fresh graduate is also welcome.)

·         Minimum 1 year of working experience. Prior work experience in shipping/logistics industries an advantage

• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

·         Good Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills

·         Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word
