What Is This Job

• Explore new content formats, features, and emerging platforms to push creative boundaries and stay ahead in the market.

• Analyze competitor content strategies to develop fresh, engaging, and relevant multimedia experiences.

• Develop engaging content that aligns with our target audience and reflects the Peplink brand, including writing copy and creating graphics, images, and short videos.

• Coordinate the daily development and implementation of digital content to achieve the company's objectives of boosting website traffic, social media impressions, and overall engagement.

• Collaborate closely with our team to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand values and messaging.

• Assist with special projects, tasks, and additional responsibilities as needed.

What We Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media content creation for various platforms, or in a related area. Candidates with less experience and recent graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

• Proven skills in multimedia content creation, including video production, editing, photography, and graphic design.

• Familiar with online culture.

• Knowledge of web traffic analytics and the ability to identify areas for improvement is a plus.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• A portfolio showcasing your design work, creative process, and skills.
