Senior Lead (Sales - Chains)

What you’ll be doing? 

• Monitor the daily sales operations & make alignment with the product marketing of the Company
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the Company's goals and objectives
• Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Deliver excellent customer services to clients and be able to solve customers' enquiry effectively
• Develop key customers connection including dealers, or any related parties
• Responsible for pre-sales activities such as customer visit, technical support, new product presentation, competitor activities analysis and site visit
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and product development
• Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports
• Stay up-to-date with the trends, competitive activity and customer needs of home appliances industry
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
• Any ac hoc project assigned by the Management

Who are we looking for?

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in business administration, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home appliances industry or consumer durables
• Deep understanding of the home appliances market, including industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs
• Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics, sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also important
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales and marketing tools is also desirable
• High proficiency in spoken and written English, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
