Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and order follow up
- Update system information in a timely
- Make ordering plans
- Provide support to sales team in daily operations
- Assist quotations and other relevant documents
Requirement:
- HKDSE/ HKCEE or above
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in handling customer enquiry and sales orders
- Self-motivated, responsible, strong follow up skills and well organized
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a team and be proactive.
