We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Performance & Governance Expert to join our Corporate Sales team in Asia. This role is pivotal in supporting sales performance strategies, ensuring commercial governance, and enabling teams across diverse markets. Location: Hong Kong, Malaysia, or Singapore


What you'll be doing:

  • Support sales performance strategy – Help execute the Asia-Pacific sales performance approach, adapting frameworks to work across diverse markets

  • Drive CRM adoption and data quality – Work with sales teams across the region to ensure systems are used effectively and data stays clean and useful

  • Enable and train teams – Roll out tools, run training sessions (virtual and in-person), and help people get comfortable with new processes and systems

  • Analyze and report – Turn sales data into clear insights using advanced Excel and Power BI; create dashboards and reports that people actually use and understand

  • Map and Improve processes – Document current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design better, more efficient ways of doing things

  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and IT across multiple countries on projects that impact sales performance

  • Support forecasting and planning – Contribute to accurate forecasting by maintaining good data practices, spotting trends, and building reliable models

  • Be a go-to person – Act as a trusted resource for sales teams on performance tracking, tools, reporting, and governance topics

  • Contribute to projects – Get involved in strategic initiatives around incentives, targets, portfolio management, and sales effectiveness across Asia


What we're looking for:

Profile:

  • 2–3 years in a relevant role (we value potential and adaptability over tenure)
  • Freight-forwarding experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Chinese and other Asian languages are a plus
  • Strong communicator who can work across diverse, multicultural teams and stakeholders
  • Team player who builds trust naturally across different cultures and time zones
  • Motivated, collaborative, and open to feedback
  • Thrives in change and fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Curious and proactive learner with a practical, solutions-oriented approach
  • Change management in diverse markets
  • Open to travelling


Technical Skills:

  • Sales performance management is a plus
  • CRM systems (MS Dynamics experience is a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, macros, advanced pivot tables, data modeling)
  • Power BI or Tableau – building interactive dashboards and visual reports
  • Process mapping and documentation
  • System rollouts, training, and user enablement
  • Project management
  • Process design and optimization
  • Creating presentations and executive-ready dashboards
