职位描述

HR & Admin Assistant 

Job Highlights 

    5 Days Work
    Medical Insurance
    Discretionary Bonus

Responsibilities 

    Perform the full spectrum of recruitment process including but not limited to job ads posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, making offer and contract preparation
    Onboarding new employees and ensuring all employees adhere to Employment Ordinance, Company policies and Employee Handbook procedures
    Maintain the personnel databases and prepare HR documentation for the full employment cycle
    Handle the monthly payroll calculations, MPF contribution, taxation, final payment, attendance & leave management
    Compile and prepare various HR reports and statistics
    Perform all-round office administration duties including but not limited to medical insurance, telephone/ mobile plan and clerical work
    Handle for any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

    Diploma/Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
    Self-initiative, able to work independently and under strict deadlines
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word
    Good command of both English and Chinese
    Immediate availability is highly preferred.

職責: 

    執行完整的招聘流程,包括但不限於發布招聘廣告、篩選簡歷、進行面試、發放聘書和準備合約。
    新員工的入職培訓,確保所有員工遵守《僱傭條例》、公司政策及員工手冊程序。
    維護人事數據庫,並為整個聘用周期準備人力資源文件。
    處理每月工資計算、強積金供款、稅務、最終付款、考勤及休假管理。
    編制和準備各類人力資源報告和統計數據。
    執行全面的辦公室行政工作,包括但不限於醫療保險、電話/流動計劃及文書工作。
    處理任何分配的臨時職責。

要求: 

    人力資源管理或相關學科的文憑/學位持有者。
    主動性強,能獨立工作並在嚴格的截止日期下完成任務。
    精通Microsoft Excel、Word、PowerPoint及中文輸入法。
    良好的英語和中文能力。
    優先考慮能立即上崗者。
