Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for developing various minimally invasive surgical instruments, including clamps, scissors, electrosurgical devices, suction instruments, etc., with quick-change functionality;

2.Responsible for the design, manufacturing, assembly, and debugging of minimally invasive surgical instruments;

3.Collaborate with team members to conduct functional testing, solution improvements, system iterations, and related tasks;

4.Prepare, draft, and archive design documents and process files.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Instruments, Automation, or related fields;

2.Proficient in using 3D and 2D design software, with the ability to independently complete design tasks;

3.Familiar with the design methods and manufacturing processes of minimally invasive surgical instruments; prior work experience is preferred;

4. Strong teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure, with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and self-driven work ethic.
