Experienced Manager - Audit & Assurance Services

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee audit engagements for a diverse client base in Hong Kong and China, with a specialized focus on listed entities and IPO advisory services.
• Manage and execute IPO-related audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting clients through the listing process.
• Drive engagement profitability through meticulous budgeting, rigorous progress tracking, and efficient billing practices.
• Oversee tendering processes, including proposal development, financial analysis, and risk assessment to secure new business opportunities.
• Provide expert technical guidance and leadership in mentoring professional staff, conducting structured performance evaluations, and driving operational excellence across engagements.
• Support training team on preparing and tutoring training sessions
• Handle ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder
• Qualified member of recognised professional CPA organisation i.e. HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA
• At least 5 years audit experience
• Experience in auditing HK/ PRC listed companies; familiar with HK listing rules and HKFRSs will be an advantage
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
• Business travel is required
