Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting related duties

• Responsible for Accounts payable processing

• Responsible for Accounts receivable processing

• Data entries, invoice checking, filing and documentation

• Assist to prepare accounting and financial report

• To provide support in ad hoc job as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in accounting or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience

• Experience in XERO, Quickbook and MYOB is preferred

• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel

• Detail minded, self-motivated, independent, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred
