Accountant / Senior Account Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

• Process day to day accounting functions, including incomes, payments, expenses, bank reconciliation and accounting records;

• Handle full set of accounts, including daily account entries inputs, preparation of accounting vouchers, AP/AR follow up, billing, received & paid cheques, and general ledger etc.;

• Prepare and manage monthly all schedules, accounts reconciliation between PRC and HK accounting GAAP, and financial statement;

• Assist in preparing monthly budget and cashflow;

• Liaise with external auditor on annual audit, tax and statutory requirements;

• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Accounting or Finance with professional accounting qualification (HKICPA/ ACCA Level II / LCCI level III or equivalent) preferred;

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in commercial accounting field with hands-on full set accounting;

• Good accounting software and computer with Excel skills (e.g. PivotTable, DataModel), knowledge of ERP system (Epicor/Kingdee) is an advantage;

• Hold PRC working experience is an advantage;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with people at all levels;

• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Mandarin;

• Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered as Accountant or candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Account Clerk ;

• Immediate available is preferred.
