ITS Technical Lead

About Your Role:

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals in delivering technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact issues across various systems and applications.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Design and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventative measures.
• Document troubleshooting processes and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 support staff.

Does it sound like you?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Windows AD, Endpoint protection, VMWare and Veeam
• Good knowledge in LAN/WAN technology and networking environment is an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good personal communication skills and positive mindset
