Job Description

Senior Logistics and Production Procurement Officer

Major Responsibilities:
 

  • Perform the full spectrum of logistics and production procurement function
  • Source parts/components for use on electronics devices
  • Ensure the supply of parts/components are in right quality and quantity, costs within budget, and to meet production timelines
  • Work in accordance with development/production schedule and continue update materials price list for immediate availability of quotation
  • Liaise with overseas and local suppliers for quotation and price negotiation

·        Work closely with warehouse on order follow up and logistics coordination

  • Liaise with vendors, shipping company and internal team to arrange shipment
  • Responsible for handling import/export documents, and customs declaration such as Trade Link
  • Implement and review the procurement process, records of purchasing orders and stock management, etc.



Basic Requirements:

·        Diploma or above with minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in purchasing and logistics management.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills, detail-minded, willing to learn with self-motivated and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with proactive attitude
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Willingness to travel for supplier visits in China or Other Asian Countries
