Senior Business Planning Manager

Job Responsibilities: 

• Shape and drive the strategic vision for new solutions and services, aligning with company goals and market trends

• Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitive analyses to inform strategy development and business cases

• Develop business models and go-to-market plans for new products and services

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to translate strategy into actionable project roadmaps

• Prepare presentations and recommendations for executive leadership, synthesizing data and insights into clear, compelling proposals

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess the success of new initiatives and refine strategies as needed

• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to stakeholders throughout the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business strategy, marketing analysis, consulting, or related fields

• Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, preferably within new solutions or services domains

• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in market research and financial modeling

• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels

• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership qualities

• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a results-driven mindset
