Officer - Logistics Solutions

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing logistics operations policy and procedures to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead a team to support customers’ orders fulfillment and enquiries
• Monitor all inventory and warehouse activities
• Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare reports and analysis on order fulfillment for customer

Requirements

• Degree or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• With 3-4 years’ relevant experience, with exposure in 3PL logistics industry
• Strong in Logistics System enhancement and with experience in SAP system is a plus
• Self-motivated, independent, can handle complicated issues with flexibility and able to adopt in a fast paced industry
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer role
