As a Business Analyst (COO Office), your primary role will involve budgeting, data analysis, research, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within Town Health’s healthcare network in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities

Budgeting: Support budgeting and forecasting, track KPIs, and prepare reports to identify efficiency gains and business opportunities.

Data Analysis: Gather and analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, purchasing patterns, and inventory trends across clinics.

Process Improvement: Review workflows for bottlenecks; propose and help implement changes to streamline processes and boost productivity across teams.

Research: Conduct market research on Hong Kong healthcare trends to inform decisions.

Perform other duties as assigned by the COO.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations support, or data handling; fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects will also be considered.

Proficiency in Excel and basic data tools; familiarity with SQL and BI software a plus.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Fluency in English and Chinese.
