Job Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning
Ø Lead and train the sales team to improve performance
Ø Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Ø Manage inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels
Ø Handle customer service issues and provide high-quality service
Ø Assist in marketing activities to enhance brand awareness

Job Requirements:
Ø Minimum 3 years of retail management experience;

Ø Strong leadership and team collaboration skills;
Ø Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness;
Ø Familiarity with retail operations and basic financial knowledge;
Ø Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Store Manager
