职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full set of accounts
  • Responsible for processing all accounting transactions, update bank record and prepare financial reports for the Manager
  • Ensure the smooth-running of invoice process, vendor management, accounts payable and receivable as well as inter-company transactions
  • Weekly Payment arrangement. Ensure all documents are well prepared for payment processing.
  • Prepare Weekly treasure report
  • Prepare monthly management reports and quarterly reports.
  • General clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Assist in Audit


Requirements:

  • HKCEE / DSE graduate or above ;
  • LCCI Level 2 or Level 3 / related accounting courses
  • Able to work under pressure and complete multi task
  • Independent and able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Good communication skill (oral & written) in both English and Mandarin
  • Good in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • Immediate availability is preferable
