职位描述

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives to achieve exceptional performance standards
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their unique supply chain needs
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, shipping instructions, and documentation
  • Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance departments to resolve issues related to billing, cargo tracking, and service delivery
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, response times, and resolution rates


What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience within the supply chain, freight forwarding, or logistics industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues calmly and efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher position
