Marketing Manager

Location : Based in Hong Kong or the Greater Bay Area with business trips to Mainland China.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients to broaden the company's customer base.
• Expand the company's business footprint through innovative market planning and strategic initiatives. 
• Responsible for promotion of company brand, products online & offline and exploration of new market segments in China. 
• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the China market. 
• Develop and execute brand promotion both online and offline. 
• Manage brand positioning and oversee creation of marketing materials. 
• Track and measure marketing activities' ROI, optimize marketing strategies and increase sales leads. 
• Responsible for content creation and operation, output and management of digital contents (website, WeChat public accounts). 
• Lead digital marketing efforts. 
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, collaborating with external agencies. 
• Enhance customer engagement through targeted strategies and data analytics. 
• Manage the marketing team across Hong Kong and Mainland China, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. 
• Manage marketing budget and report on campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the civil engineering or construction industry. 
• Proven ability to enhance existing market opportunities.
• Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the testing instruments sector is a plus. 
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management with a focus on identifying and qualifying potential clients within the engineering sector. 
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams, lead projects independently and mentor junior team members. 
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for specific markets. 
• Fluent in Mandarin is a must and good command of English.
