To be successful in this role, you will need to have...

• F.5 or above;
• 1 year relevant experience in supply chain / logistics operation with fulfillment services experience; No Experience will also be considered
• Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-Motivated, Independent, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Familiar with computer skill;
• A good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)

What do you need to do...

• Monitor the shipment and shipping documentation (including courier waybill, sea freight & ocean freight booking form etc.) to facilitate shipment arrangements and ensure smooth daily operations;
• Familiar with Excel (e.g. vlookup) / Warehouse Management System is an advantage
• Strong liaison skills between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations;
• Deal with day to day logistics and warehouse interactions such as receiving, storage, and claims;
• System upload, update, analysis, reports and maintain the accuracy of data using company and warehouse related systems;
