- Practical knowledge in Companies Ordinance, other statutory & regulatory requirements of HK and overseas companies, listings rules or corporate governance

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player, detail oriented and well organized
- Good communications skills in both English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office, CSA and Chinese word processing
