About the role

Hopstech Industries Ltd. — a leading toy and consumer product manufacturer — is looking for a passionate and experienced Graphic & Packaging Designer to join our creative team. In this full-time role based in Kwun Tong, you will be responsible for developing packaging and branding designs that elevate product value in global markets, particularly the US and UK. You will collaborate closely with product development and overseas clients to deliver engaging, high-quality retail solutions.

What you'll be doing

1. Design and develop product packaging, including structure considerations, dielines, artwork layout, and production files
2. Create marketing and branding materials such as catalogues, social media content, instruction manuals, displays, and POS assets
3. Work closely with product, engineering to ensure packaging meets market, brand, and safety requirements
4. Propose creative ideas to enhance product storytelling and customer experience at retail
5. Support photography direction and image editing for packaging and marketing

What we're looking for

1. 3 years of experience in packaging design, ideally in toys, consumer goods, retail, or export-related industries
2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of 3D software is a plus
3. Solid understanding of printing processes, materials, barcodes, safety marks, and packaging compliance for overseas markets
4. Strong visual communication, layout, and typography skills
5. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with international clients
6. Highly detail-oriented, creative, and accountable from concept to final production
