Senior Business Analyst

You will do the following in this job:

• Initiate or host brainstorming exercises and workshop, sharing to client and /or project team
• Conduct and coordinate product, market and related research & comparison to create personas, user journey maps to support strategic and business planning
• Capable to provide suggestions on user experience design with consideration of technical feasibility
• Demonstrates ability to understand and explain complex business processes, systems, and tools with a specific focus on upstream/ downstream impact; understands the relationship between multiple functions and/or tools.
• Capable to conduct analysis on captured data no matter from discovery stage OR live user data and able to find business insight to improve existing product
• Conduct and prepare flow diagram, the mapping as-is process and to-be process, identify gaps and perform impact analysis
• Capable to propose F/E technical logic, Conduct and/or able to tell API (parameters) usage
• Advice on Test data requirement and golden test case
• Buddying new starters, Indirect leadership support for less experienced team members contributing to optimized end to end process.
• Establish and maintain professional and consultative relationships with clients
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements as well as technical feasibility

We are hiring talent like you:

• At least 3-years work experience in IT/ Mobile application development. Exposure in any of the banking, finance, insurance, the retail business industry will be an advantage
• Good command in English, Cantonese Mandarin
• Excellent business analytical, verbal, and written communications skills
• Passionate about creating experiences and bringing insights to clients through research, analytics, design, and delivery
• Experience in a client-facing position at an agency or consulting firm or equivalent experience in product management
• Practical experience in agile/ SCRUM methodologies alike

• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered designs and able to identify opportunities throughout the design process
