Medical Sales Supervisor / Assistant Sales Manager

General Responsibilities

• Promote a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to private hospitals and clinics.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve KPIs and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend effective counter strategies.
• Oversee daily sales operations, including reporting and forecasting.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.
  

Job Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Science or a Medical-related field.

• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with good numerical sense.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

• Experience in team management is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
