Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and determine the quality of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, packaging, and outgoing goods.
• Conduct incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product testing.
• Analyze, judge, and address quality abnormalities.
• Prepare statistical reports on quality anomalies and formulate countermeasures for non-conforming products.
• Identify and analyze the root cause of non-conforming products.
• Inspect, test, and measure materials, products, and devices to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Quality / Electronic / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years solid working experience as quality control in manufacturing area
• Preferable with experience in utilizing measuring instruments (e.g., dial calipers, vernier calipers) to measure product dimensions according to specifications and mechanical parts quality control.
• Knowledge of quality standards and SMT standards
• Detail-minded, solution oriented, and ability to work independently under minimum supervision
• Can communicate and report in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
