Logistics Planning Officer (5-day office work)

Job Duties:

• Prepare periodic reports for management review
• Review internal SOP, policies and guidelines to improve operational efficiency and streamline daily operation flow
• Handle schedule planning and trucking operation
• Coordinate with warehouse & forwarders
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Statistics/ Computer Sciences or related disciplines
• 1-2 years experience in air-freight / logistics field is preferred
• Strong quantitative analysis skills, independent, responsible and good communication skills
• Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese
• Excellent in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing (experience in IT support would be an advantage)

• Fresh graduates are welcome (candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Logistics Planning Officer)

• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Logistics Planning Officer.
