Contract Officer - Marketing (12 Months), NARS and Drunk Elephant

The role will serve as the general assistant to an integrated marketing function team and NARS division. This role has a great exposure to an all-rounded and fast-paced working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Brand Head and NARS various team
• Provide support to Marketing team in promotion design, instore collateral production and order allocation to stores
• Maintain close working relationship with frontline with memo writing and regular catch-up.
• Drive members' communication (Email / SMS) with local translation and provided creative assets from Global team
• Maintain CRM Rewards program to ensure timely roll-out of communication and redemption gift replenishment to store
• Maintain Facebook fan page and produce monthly content feeds with support of social media agency
• Support PR team in livestream hosting and instore event coordination
• Regular marketing report update and consolidation

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication, or relevant field
• 1 year of working experience with marketing, research, agency, or business administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese
• Detailed oriented with meticulous minds
• Ability to multi-task with "can-to" attitude
• Process knowledge and skills with creative software (Photoshop / AI) and other visualizing software is highly preferable
