We are looking for a talented Content Creator to join our team and help us deliver compelling, high-quality content that resonates with our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
1. Creative Development
- Create visual content for various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and web.
- Collaborate with designers, content team and the Head of Creative to develop innovative and effective design solutions for clients.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, brand initiatives, and digital experiences.
- Conduct research and gather inspiration to stay ahead of design trends, competitors, and emerging design best practices.
2. Branding and Identity
- Lead and support the development of comprehensive brand identities, including logos, visual systems, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Translate brand strategies into impactful visual languages across both traditional and digital touchpoints.
- Design and refine digital interfaces with a strong understanding of UI design principles.
- Ensure all designs align with clients' brand guidelines, project objectives, and digital usability standards.
- Contribute to the creation of brand books, digital style guides, and web-ready assets for consistent brand application across platforms.
3. Design Execution
- Prepare and present design drafts for above mentioned deliverables for internal reviews and client approvals.
- Execute high-quality graphic, UI design directions.
- Help maintain and update the agency's website and digital platforms with fresh, on-brand visual content.
- Assist in the creation and editing of motion graphics and video content when required (plus.).
4. Proficiency in AI Imagery and Creative Content Generation
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to create innovative imagery and enhance the efficiency of the design process.
- Stay current with advancements in AI-assisted design tools and apply them strategically to optimize visual storytelling and creative workflows.
- Experiment with AI-generated visuals to expand the creative toolkit and support hybrid approaches that combine traditional and digital-first methods.
5. Social Media Design and Campaigns
- Design visually engaging and platform-optimized content for a variety of social media channels.
- Develop creative campaign assets that drive engagement, amplify brand voice, and align with strategic marketing goals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure design content supports broader digital strategies and brand consistency across web and social platforms.
6. Collaboration and Communication
- Work cross-functionally to ensure cohesive and consistent visual communication across all touchpoints, including UI components, brand materials, and social assets.
- Liaise with external vendors - such as production houses, developer, and printers - to ensure high standards across outputs.
- Participate in internal and client meetings to gather feedback, clarify requirements, and align on design direction.
7. Organization and Quality Control
- Maintain an organized digital asset library and design file structure across branding and web projects.
- Assist in preparing compelling and well-structured presentation materials for pitches and internal reviews.
- Perform quality control checks on all deliverables to ensure precision, consistency, and alignment with branding and UI standards.
Qualifications:
- About 4 years of relevant experience in branding, design, advertising, digital, social media agency or related discipline.
- Full mastery of Adobe design software.
- Proficiency in English is a must, Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus, enabling you to effectively take briefs and collaborate with our international team in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Experience in branding and marketing for luxury, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or tech sectors.
- Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.
