Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct in-depth research on the dynamics of the education market in Hong Kong and mainland China, analyze industry trends and competitor situations, and develop forward-looking and competitive market expansion strategies for the group.
2. Actively explore new business channels and partners, including but not limited to schools, educational institutions, enterprises, etc., establish long-term stable cooperative relationships, and promote the diversified development of the group's business.
3. Responsible for promoting and attracting investment for the group's franchise business, developing investment plans, screening high-quality franchisees, conducting business negotiations and contract signing, ensuring the smooth operation of franchise business.
4. Establish and maintain good customer relationships, regularly communicate and exchange with customers, understand customer needs and feedback, timely solve customer problems, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Organize and plan various customer activities, such as educational lectures, parent teacher conferences, etc., to enhance interaction and stickiness between customers and the group, and improve the group's brand image.
6. Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing major business projects of the group, developing detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating resources from all parties, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, with quality and quantity.
7. Monitor and evaluate the entire project process, promptly identify and solve problems that arise during the project, summarize project experience and lessons learned, and provide reference and inspiration for subsequent projects.
8. Strengthen communication and collaboration with other departments, such as the teaching department, operations department, etc., to jointly promote the coordinated development of the group's business.
Qualifications
Educational : Master's degree or above, with priority given to majors in education, marketing, business administration, or related fields.
Experience: More than 5 years of relevant work experience in business management, must have experience in mainland business development and have successful cases of expanding markets and businesses.
Professional skills:
Having keen market insight and business acumen, able to accurately grasp market trends and customer needs, and develop effective business strategies.
Proficient in business negotiation skills and contract management knowledge, able to independently complete business negotiations and contract signing work.
Having good project management skills, able to effectively organize and coordinate resources from all parties to ensure the smooth implementation of projects.
Other:
Has excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with personnel from different departments and levels.
Having strong resilience and adaptability, able to quickly make decisions and respond in complex and ever-changing market environments.
