A typical day in this role:
- Responsible for cost estimation, tender documentation and variation measurements
- Assist in administration of contracts, payment claims and settlement of final accounts
About you:
- Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/ Building Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience
- Sound knowledge in interior fit-out / retail fixtures projects
- Proficiency level in MS Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Hardworking and able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Occasional travel to PRC is necessary
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor Trainee
