Merchandising Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all-round merchandising tasks including order follow up, sampling, price negotiations and delivery.
• Prepare various analysis reports and statistics for management review.
• Monitor vendors’ performance and develop new vendors.
• Monitor stock levels to support overall sales plans and merchandising strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the Merchandising team.
• Undertake special projects and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in merchandising field, solid experience in retail / telecommunications industry is preferable.
• Good negotiation skills and communications skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Chinese Word Processing and Power-point. Excellent Excel application skills is necessary.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
