Logistic Assistant

About the role

Kolb (HK) Ltd is a leading company in design, manufacturing and supply of turn-key installations for bakeries and kitchens. Additionally we supply a full range of food consumables such as coffee, bread & cake mixes, pastry and chocolate products. We are seeking a full-time Logistic Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kwun Tong. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our logistic and warehouse operation to ensure the efficient movement of goods delivering to customers.

What you'll be doing

• Follow-up on shipping orders, track shipments and advise customers on the shipment status.
• Daily inventory organization.
• Check and receive all incoming equipment & spare parts, reconcile with purchase orders, process and distribute documentation with purchase orders and reports, document and track damages and discrepancies on orders received.
• Maintain accurate daily in & out inventory records in system.
• Co-ordinate with Customer Service, Logistics and Service departments.
• Prepare import/export shipping documents.
• Supervise the inbound and outbound logistics procedures.
• Maintain the warehouse, records area and temporary storage area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Perform weekly and monthly inventory physical check.

What we're looking for

• Form 7 or above;
• 3-5 years inventory control experience,
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook;
• Experience with ERP for inventory control is an advantage;
• Good command of English;
• Highly independent, proactive and willing to work well under pressure.
