Digital Transformation Coordinator (Contract)

About the role

This is a full-time, contract position based in Causeway Bay and is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects. As a Digital Transformation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of various major digital transformations across the organisation. What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and delivering digital transformation projects and initiatives to enable the UoM East Asia Centre's strategic digital objectives
• Assisting with the onboarding, development and implementation of digital tools, platforms and solutions including Website, SEO, SEM, WeChat, Rednote, Line and Kakao Talk.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across all internal teams to identify and address digital capability gaps
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of digital transformation activities
• Supporting the continuous improvement of digital processes and reporting methods

What we're looking for

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a project/programme coordination or administrative support role, preferably in a digital and higher education environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other digital tools and platforms including SEO, SEM, WeChat, Rednote, Line and Kakao Talk.
• A keen interest in digital transformation and a desire to contribute to the University's digital agenda
