Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment activities including candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, interview arrangement, orientation arrangement, etc
  • Provides daily administration support for the human resources functions and duties
  • Maintain high quality service and efficiency by following organization standard

Requirements:

  • Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications & Chinese Word Processing
  • Details-minded, Independent, Self-initiative, Well-organized and good team player with enthusiastic and proactive behavior
  • Capable for working in a demanding and challenging environment
  • Immediately available is highly preferable
