Senior Finance Manager

Company Overview

Vervain Resources Limited is a property development company principally engaged in property development, management & investment in Hong Kong. We are now inviting a high calibre candidate to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily financial management and supervise the finance team of both the local and overseas affiliated companies.
• Provide advice and decision-making support for management's investment activities, participate in risk assessment and control.
• Generate financial analysis reports to provide key data on operational performance, investment returns, and cash flow to support business strategies and decisions.
• Responsible for financial audits and internal controls.
• Stay updated on tax policies, formulate and implement tax strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, financial management, accounting or related fields, holding a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA) or other relevant professional qualifications.
• Over 10 years of financial management experience.
• Proficient in Hong Kong Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and relevant laws and regulations.
• Solid financial analysis and judgment skills, capable of providing accurate and effective financial support for management decision-making.
• Strong sensitivity to identifying and assessing various financial risks.
• Demonstrated high sense of responsibility and professional ethics, with the ability to handle sensitive information and a commitment to long-term development in this role.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
