What you’ll do

As the Business Analytics Manager, you will enable Business Unit in making business decisions in order to enhance business organization's competitive position. Also, you will enhance internal sales performance and activity data management, develop processes and design/ provide reports to boost the business intelligence and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) of an organization.

Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

Business Analysis

• Analyze the Business Performance from internal and external data among local and/or other markets across therapeutic areas
• Work as Business Partner to support stakeholders and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency in their data related tasks, including Business opportunities exploration (e.g. competitor analysis, patient funnel calculation), Budgeting exercise, Sales Forecast and Target setting etc
• SFE analytics e.g. CRM, incentive analysis
• Transit insights from data to actionable strategic plans
• Establish business reports and dashboards to corresponding users

Data Management

• Translate the business meanings to IT department to facilitate the building of data architecture and system development to enhance business analytics
• Explore valuable data services/ opportunities
• Bridge the data platforms/ projects with other AZ markets

Essential for the role

• University degree holder in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Computer Sciences or related fields
• miniumn 5 years of experience in business area
• Strategic and analytical thinking with business sense
• Good communication skills and lifelong learning attitude

Desirable for the role

• Experience in Data Visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is preferred
• Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in programming (e.g. SQL, R, Python) is an advantage
• Experience in machine learning and predictive modelling would be a plus
