Senior Quantity Surveyor / Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Measurement, estimation, tendering, cost control, cashflow forecast, contract administration, final accounts
• A team leader and able to communicate with team members, clients, other consultants and contractors for project delivery

Requirement

• RPS or MHKIS over 1 year is preferred
• Degree / Associate Degree or above in Surveying
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking, independent with strong problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken in Chinese and English. Fluent spoken Putonghua.
• Minimum 5 years project experience
