Assistant Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Assistant

Requirements

·        Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

·        At least  2 years QS experience, having site experience with contractor will be an advantage

·        QS or Structural or Building qualification background or equivalent

·        Relevant working experience a must

·        Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and intermediate level in English

·        Experience in payment claims, contract review, evaluation of VO, settlement of final accounts, taking off and Administration of Contractors.

·        Structural steel work experience preferred

·        Immediate available is preferred
