R&D Engineer

We actively look for professional, inspiring and collaborative teams in R&D with roles as follows:

• Develop advanced power semiconductor technologies;
• Design device, process and mask layout;
• Perform TCAD simulation;
• Manage wafer processing and foundries; and

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• University degree or above in Physics / Electronic Engineering / Applied Physics / Materials Science or in related technical discipline with background in microelectronics / semiconductor devices;
• Knowledge in semiconductor devices such as diodes, MOSFETs, IGBTs, etc. and/or in TCAD simulation, wafer fabrication, electronic packaging and device characterization is definitely a plus; and
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
