Job Duties:
-
Welcome and greet customers and guesses

Handle enquires and request by email and telephone

Handle room booking like training room, conference room and meeting room
-
Set up the room and prepare equipment according to the booking requirements

Provide general clerical support, e.g. data entry, update system and confirm booking
Job Requirements:
-
DSE or equivalent or above
-
1 year of working experience; customer services experience will be advantage
-
Good spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua will be an advance
-
Proactive, eager to learn, willing to work under pressure, customer-oriented with good manner
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30 - 18:00
