Quantity Surveyor Assistant (Civil Engineering)

Requirements
 

• Diploma or Certificate holder in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year up relevant working experience in quantity surveying
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required to liaise with different stakeholders
• Good interpersonal & negotiation skill
• Flexible, energetic, passionate, self-driven individual who always strive for success

Job Duties
 

• Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost estimation, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims for our construction projects.
• To maintain and update the QS records, site documents, filing, and drawings required for proper performance of QS duties
• Submission for interim payment application, certifying sub-contractor's payment, valuation of variation, cost control & reporting and final account settlement
• Perform any ad hoc job duties as assigned
