Operation Manager (Ref: CBD-OM-2025-309）

Responsibilities: 

• Overall work planning to ensure the project completed in a timely and effective manner and meeting the target time, cost and quality requirements
• Develop and implement action plan to enhance project performance
• Liaise with Client, Government Authorities, project developer and other affected stakeholders to consolidate work program to meet project timeline and technical requirements
• Ensure the project works are in line with the project requirements including relevant specified performance pledges, safety, quality and services standards
• Control and monitor financial performance of responsible project
• Accountable for overall project supervision, training and motivation of sub-ordinate staff, subcontractors and their workers to achieve targeted profitability and committed objectives including capital expenditure.
   

 Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Services or relevant disciplines 
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, within which 3 years of experience are at supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, outgoing, strong problem-solving skills and well-organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word processing
• A responsible driver with valid driving licence at Class 1 is preferred
