Position Summary

As a major Lead Consultant in Hong Kong, we offer wide range of design and site exposure for Graduate Engineers on large scale smart infrastructure projects covering highway structure, bridge, transportation, tunnel, geotechnical, water, drainage, sewerage treatment, environmental, process design, power station and reclamation.

As a Graduate Engineer, you are required to develop your engineering knowledge and experience through involvement of government consultancies and contractor’s designs in Hong Kong and overseas market under professional guidance. It is essential to proactively communicate with other team members from different disciplines.

Our structured training schemes accredited by HKIE and ICE offer a dynamic and interactive training environment. Apart from engineering aspects, you will be able to learn and apply digital, AI and BIM skills in daily work.

Our dedicated young engineer support team will provide support on professional training and staff engagement.

Requirements

• Degree in civil / structural / geotechnical / environmental / transportation / chemical engineering recognised by HKIE, ICE or equivalent
• Enthusiasm to participate in large scale and technically challenging projects
• Self-motivated, logical and systematic thinkers
• A good team player with interests to work in a diverse and dynamic international culture
• Good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
