Quantity Surveyor (HKIS)

Job Description

• Perform tendering and contractual documents review;
• Budge control;
• Cost estimation and variation orders for operating project

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Quantity Surveyor;
• Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers;
• Minimum 5-6 years of quantity surveying experience preferable gained from main contractor / subcontractor;
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel;
• Working Location : Southern area
