Commercial Finance Manager

 Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Financial Controller
• Being a finance business partner for business units
• Develop and implement various financial and operational requirements to drive business improvement
• Prepare and enhance reports in dashboard for business performance tracking
• Perform contract review and risk assessment, provide advice to projects operation and support in daily sales administration and logistic operation
• Assist in system enhancement roll-out and process improvement
• Monitor logistic staff and sales admin staff's daily work
• Support any ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience
• With experience in operation process control will be advantage
• With Oracle and MS Power BI implementation experience will be advantage

• Qualified accountant with 6 years or above of relevant experience in FP&A and business partnering
• Solid FP&A knowledge and high business intelligence in commercial context
• Self-motivated and independent with good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills to influence and manage diverse stakeholders
• Experience in system implementation and transformation project will be a plus
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and with the flexibility to adapt with change
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
